Access to and use of this website, including the products and services offered on this website, are subject to the following terms and conditions:

By using this website the customer signifies agreement to the terms of use, which may be amended from time to time. We advise you to visit this page regularly to keep up to date on any changes that may have been made.

Access to the website is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or change services without notice. We accept no liability if, for any reason, the site is unavailable for any period of time. In some cases, we may limit access to certain sections of the website.

Romana Pharma 2002 S.L. accepts no liability for any damages or losses arising from the use of any information contained in this web site.

Some links on this website lead to external websites associated with Romana Pharma 2002 S.L. By selecting any of these links, the customer leaves the Romana Pharma 2002 S.L. website. As we have no control over these third party websites, we cannot accept any responsibility for the material on these websites.

In order to place an order the customer must be over 18 years of age and is obliged to provide reliable data to enable the correct processing of their purchase.

Returns and exchanges:

In the event that a prepaid order is returned to Romana Pharma 2002 S.L for reasons not attributable to Romana Pharma 2002 S.L or the shipping company, Romana Pharma 2002 S.L will refund the customer the amount paid for the order, discounting the shipping and return costs. Prepaid orders are those whose payment has been made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

The customer can opt for reimbursement through the original payment method, or by means of a reimbursement coupon that can be applied to a future order. This coupon will be valid for a period of 12 months, counting from the date of creation of the coupon. Once this period has elapsed, no further reimbursement can be made. In the event that the original payment was made by bank transfer, the customer must provide their bank details in order for the refund to be made.

If the carrier is responsible for the failed delivery and return of the order, regardless of the method of payment selected, the customer must send us a written complaint which will be analyzed by the carrier. If the problem in the delivery of the order is due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, the customer must attach a proof of address (e.g. gas, water or electricity bill) to his complaint.

The solution that Romana Pharma 2002 S.L. will present to the customer will depend on the response provided by the transport company. Therefore, in cases of claims related to the transport service, we will only be able to offer a solution to the customer when we have obtained a response from the transport company. If the carrier assumes full responsibility for the return of the order and if all the items initially ordered are still available, we will propose to the customer the reshipment of the order at no additional cost. The customer may also opt for a full refund of the amount paid instead of a replacement order. If the carrier does not assume responsibility, we will not be able to accept the claim and therefore will not be able to send a replacement order. The corresponding refund will be subject to the terms mentioned above in relation to orders returned for reasons beyond the control of Romana Pharma 2002 S.L. or the carrier.

Returns:

If the customer wishes to return one or more products, he/she may do so within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that the product(s) are intact, sealed, complete and in the original package. Packages that show signs of having been damaged or altered will not be accepted. The customer must ensure that the product(s) to be returned arrives at our premises within 28 days from the date of delivery of the order.

To exercise the right of return, the customer must contact our customer service department. The customer must specify the order number, description or reference number(s) of the product(s) to be returned, and how the refund will be made. The customer may choose to be reimbursed via the original payment method or by means of a discount coupon. This coupon will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of creation of the coupon. Once this period has elapsed, no reimbursement can be made.

The customer must take into account that, if the product to be returned was associated with a promotional campaign and its purchase allowed the inclusion of an additional free product in the order, the customer will have to return both products, the purchased one and the free one. Both products must meet the criteria mentioned above.

A pack, consisting of several products, can only be returned in its entirety. Therefore, if the customer wishes to return a product purchased as part of a pack, he/she must return all the products included in that pack. All products must meet the above criteria.

We do not accept returns of products that are incomplete, damaged, with signs of having been used or without the original packaging and/or labeling.

If we receive an item in any of the aforementioned conditions or with the label of the shipping company stuck directly on the corresponding package, the customer will lose the right to be reimbursed and will have 10 days to pick up the item from our facilities, taking charge of the expenses derived from the same.

EXCHANGES

The customer must return the product(s), request the corresponding refund and then place a new order.
